Section 02 — How It Works
Pick a tier, give us the seller's address, and we inspect the car where it stands. Every job returns the same three deliverables in the same format, with the same numbering.
Choose Motorist ₴1,200, Standard ₴2,400 or Comprehensive ₴3,900 on the pricing page. The amount is agreed in writing before any work starts, and no money comes from the seller.
An inspector meets the seller at the agreed address, works through the published 120-checkpoint list, and photographs every finding with a numbered marker that matches the legend.
You receive the annotated photographs, the five-system condition meter and a findings table with repair estimates in hryvnia. It records one point in time, and it is not a warranty.
Section 03 — Inspection scope
The checklist does not change with the car or with the seller's story. Each of the 120 items is recorded as pass, watch or fail, with the finding written next to it and a photograph where the item needs visible proof.
Body and paint covers panel alignment, paint thickness readings and corrosion at sills, arches and jacking points. Engine and drivetrain covers cold start, leaks, timing components, clutch behaviour and fault codes read from the ECU. Suspension, steering and brakes covers bushes, shock absorbers, steering play, pad and disc wear. Interior and electrical covers odometer consistency, climate control, window and seat motors, lighting and warning lights. Documentation and VIN history covers the VIN plate, registration papers, service records, mileage history and lien checks.

Section 04 — Sample Report
A report closes with numbered photo evidence, a five-system condition meter and a written findings table. Nothing is averaged away, and the format is identical whether the car passes or fails.

Three fixed inspection tiers run the same published 120-checkpoint list in the same report format. The buying service is billed as a fixed fee agreed in writing before work starts. brightfoxdaigital.com takes no payment from sellers, so no finding is softened.

A verdict is evidence, not insurance. The decision, and the paperwork, stay with the buyer.
We inspect visually and functionally. Panels, wheels, covers and the closed assemblies behind them stay sealed, so wear inside a gearbox or engine can only be inferred from symptoms, not measured directly.
The report describes the vehicle on the day of the visit, at the recorded mileage. A fault that develops the following week is outside the scope of what was documented.
A condition report is not a warranty, not a guarantee of future repair costs, and not a technical expert opinion prepared for court or dispute proceedings.

Where a seller refuses a lift, a cold engine or a blocked bay limits the checks, the affected items in the 120-checkpoint list are marked as not assessed rather than passed.
Registration history, outstanding finance, lien checks, the purchase contract and the final price are the buyer's responsibility and are not covered by this engagement.

Tell us the car and the city. An inspector confirms the time and the fixed tier price in writing before any work starts. Fees are published, never quoted privately: ₴1,200, ₴2,400 and ₴3,900, with the buying service from ₴6,500.
